☆ Where is Exotic Plants Direct located?

All plants are currently in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

☆ How long until my order ships?

Phytosanitary certificate application takes 3-5 business days. ( You will receive an email notification with your tracking number after we send out your order. )

*** We supply a phytosanitary certificate with every order, and any other required documents. We do not charge for the documents. ***

 

☆ HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PLANTS?

We are committed to packing in the best possible way to ensure you will receive your plant in excellent condition. All plants will be shipped bare root with moss per Phytosanitary Certificate issuing and export regulations.

 

☆ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent with Dragoncourier.com with tracking number. ( Please note: Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. (We do not ship via express to PO boxes.)

✦ International Tracking: You will receive an email notification with your tracking number after we send out your order. You can track your parcel using the code you are given 1-2 days after.

Shipping is already express international, the fastest shipping available.

** We does not accept responsibility for delay or weather problem in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.

 

☆ Taxes and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import documents required by your local authorities and if you have one, please send it to us as soon as possible.

*** US customers can receive 12 plants or fewer in one package without a plant import permit, as long as a phytosanitary certificate is provided by us. For larger shipments, We need a copy of your plant import permit to process the order. ***

☆ Why I have not received a confirmation email of my order?

In case you have not received a confirmation email after your order submission, please check your spam emails.

 

☆ What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

** Please understand that the live plant are very prone to shipping damage and also shipping stress. There will be no partial refunds for shipping damage or browning due to shipping stress. We recommend that if you want a plant like this you are either an experienced plant parent, or your are prepared to properly inform yourself about the care for this plant.
